Reduce The Risk of Flooding
Many homes especially in the UK are susceptible to flooding. If your guttering and downpipes are installed badly, leaks will become a problem around the sides of your home. If water is pooling around your home there is an increased risk of the water seeping through to the lower parts of your home such as the first floor or basement.
